When I try to unzip my download it gives me a corrupt or incomplete message. Why?
Solution
Your download may have been interrupted, try downloading again or use a download manager. Download managers will allow you to resume your download if it is interrupted. Our powerful servers support the resume function that is used in most download managers. If you've downloaded it again and it is still corrupted, please contact support and we will investigate further.
