I can't find my downloads in my download area! Where are they?

Solution

Download products are usually made available at the point of purchase. In some cases a download product may only be a serial number or redeem code. In most cases, a serial number will need to be registered with the IK Authorization Manager. Upon successful registration, please follow the onscreen instructions to download your product(s). On the other hand, a redeem code, is used at downloadablesoundz. If you have purchased a download product that should be in your download area and it is not, please contact support.
