When trying to add the Infinite Player to the library tab, I keep getting the message "this product cannot be added to kontakt libraries tab"

Solution To avoid this message, make sure that you have installed the patches. The patches will be a ZIP file located in your esoundz download area. If you have purchased a physical product the patches will be a ZIP file on the Program Disc.
